Driving down the highway into Dallas two years ago, brimming
with the excitement of recent awakenings and fueled with the
music on the radio, the phrase BECOMING FULLY ALIVE: USING
YOUR FORTHCOMING DEATH TO WAKE YOURSELF UP! suddenly popped
into my head! I wanted to create a vehicle to share all the
stirring insights I was having - and here it was: a
teleclass and a workshop were born that moment with this
provocative new name!
I knew right away it would be an experience where you could
come to learn how to fully appreciate life NOW - while you
have it...
Of course that moment didn't arrive at the short end of a
straight line called "My Life". Much like you, I've gone
through the ups and downs of this human experience. Mine
included the giddy happiness of falling in love, the
wrenching pit of pain in divorce, the joys and problems of
being a single mother, the rollercoaster of working at my
career as an artist, all the while searching for answers to
life's big mysteries.
Eventually my journey brought me to Debbie Ford's coaching
training after reading her book "The Dark Side Of The Light
Chasers." I became a Master Integrative Coach and Teleclass
Leader and I love this work. For the past five years, I have
been thrilled to be able to share it, guiding and supporting
my clients to create their own extraordinary lives.
Two years ago, I had asked my dear friend and fellow coach,
Anne Browning, to coach me. During this time, she asked me
to face my greatest fear - and I found it was the one I had
always avoided looking at - my forthcoming death, my own
mortality. But then amazingly, walking through this fear had
the most astounding affect on me - I felt myself becoming
more fully alive! I began to read books
about death and dying and developed a deep and tender
appreciation for life, and a reverence for the dying
process. And being present to that was what filled me with
such juice, driving to Dallas that day.
With my love and respect for Anne and her brilliant
coaching, I asked her to join with me to co-create this new
teleclass and workshop that will give you a whole new
